Lone Star Summer Swim League 2025 Championship Meet

Venue: Josh Davis Pool, NEISD. 12002 Jones-Maltsberger, San Antonio, TX 78216

Event Tracking: Live results will not be available in Swimtopia app; You will need MeetMobile to see live results.

Parking: Parking will be located directly west of the Davis Pool. Additional parking will be South east of the facility behind the Davis Pool, as well as the upper parking lot North of the facility in the parking lot by the NEISD Littleton Gym.

Entrance into the Facility: Entrance into the facility will be at the main entrance into the Josh Davis Pool. Spectators will enter through the far-right hand side doors. Athletes and Coaches will enter through the far-left hand side doors. There will be signs designating entry procedure. No one may enter the facility until the Pool staff allows you to enter. Therefore, you will need a staging area outside the facility. Once in the facility, the spectators will walk upstairs and into the Davis Pool bleachers area. Coaches, Athletes and Team volunteers will enter through the downstairs pool deck doors and into their team areas in the Davis Pool. ALL COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE THEIR DECK PASSES ON AND PRESENT TO BE ON THE DECK.

Schedule:

12:15pm Check-in at Rapids tent

1-1:45pm Warms-ups (Walker C Pool Lanes 10-13 1-1:30; Davis Pool for One Way Starts 1:30-1:45)

1:15pm Timer, Meet Marshalls and Stroke and Turn Officials Meeting

Facility Rules: Coaches are responsible for their team’s knowledge of the pool safety rules. Please educate your kids about the floors being slippery, no running, no elevator usage, no going up into the bleachers without shoes, no playing, horseplay or hanging out in restrooms.

Not allowed on pool deck: Glitter, paint of any kind. Confetti, cakes, pastries, cupcakes, no small candies allowed on the pool deck.

Not allowed behind starting blocks: Cell phones

Clear Bag Policy: The NEISD Policy is still in effect. Swimmers are allowed to bring in their pool backpacks. Volunteers and spectators are subject to the Clear Bag Policy.

Athletes leaving early: Only after swimmers are completely finished with all their events may they then go into the spectator area with their parents or leave the meet with permission from their coaches. This is for their safety. Swimmers 6 and under leaving after completing their events need to be escorted out to the lobby by a coach or a parent volunteer. They will not be released until a parent is physically seen.

Concession Stand: Located in the Atrium of Davis Pool. Provided by Harmony Hills. Accepting Cash and Venmo for purchases.

Door Monitor Station: Top of Davis Stairs Concession Side – Prevention of Wet Swimmers going to bleachers while wet.

Timers Meeting: Will be held 45 minutes before the start of the meet in the Weight Room in the Southeast corner of the Davis Pool. RR Rapids will be covering lanes 3 and 5.

Meet Marshall’s Meeting: Will be held 45 minutes before the start of the meet in the atrium between the Davis Pool and the Walker Pool and possibly in that hallway by the Wall of Fame. RR Rapids will be covering lanes 3 and 5.

Stroke and Turn Officials Meeting: Will be held 45 minutes before the start of the meet and will be held in the Davis Classroom.
