Good morning! 

There has been some confusion regarding volunteer check-ins. 

ALL volunteer positions, regardless of shift or position, please check-in with Pam or Kristen at the Rapids tents (located on the back patio) when dropping off your swimmers. Please see the attached map for overflow parking areas and routes to the patio gate.

Please take a moment to look over the Volunteer Guidance sheet attached.

Stroke & Turn Officials

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will not receive a Rapids wristband but we still need to check you in
• Pre-meet officials meeting:
  • Location: Equipment room (US flag corner of the natatorium) 
  • Starts promptly at 3:00 pm (please arrive a little early)
  • Head Referee will provide badges and wristbands (not team wristbands)

Meet Marshals

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will receive a Rapids wristband 
• Meet Marshal Meeting will be held outside in front

Timers (Lane 10)

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will receive a Rapids wristband/name tag 
• Rapids have been assigned Lane 10
• Arrive early for the Timer Meeting (Texas flag corner of the natatorium)

Ready Bench

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will receive a Rapids wristband/name tag 

Door Monitors

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will receive a Rapids wristband/name tag 

Ribbon/Awards

• Check-in with Pam/Kristen - you will receive a Rapids wristband/name tag
